Project Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans and track progress
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders
Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards
Conduct post-project reviews and document learnings
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
Experience managing IT / software development projects
Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
