Role: Senior Data Analyst / Data Modeler
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities
• Work in an Agile environment collaborating with business teams and project stakeholders
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for data integration and transformation initiatives
• Translate business requirements into technical data and reporting solutions
• Design and maintain data models and data pipelines
• Map data sources, data movement, and interfaces ensuring data quality and reusability
• Identify trends and insights from complex datasets to support data-driven decisions
• Support data migration initiatives to Azure Cloud
• Build and maintain analytical datasets for reporting and insights
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years experience working with large structured and unstructured datasets
• Strong SQL skills and experience with RDBMS & Data Lake concepts
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, and PostgreSQL
• Strong understanding of data warehousing architecture and BI methodologies
• Experience with data modeling, database design, and data mining techniques
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, or Scala for data processing
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
• Experience in the Finance domain
• Knowledge of Machine Learning or AI concepts
