We are looking for a high-energy, opportunity-driven Business Development Representative
(BDR) to help us grow our Generative AI consulting business in the US. If you’re someone who
thrives on building relationships, identifying customer needs, and opening doors for cutting-edge
AI solutions, this role is for you.
You’ll be working closely with our leadership and technical teams to bring in new business, with
a strong focus on Generative AI use cases like AI Agents, RAG, and LLMs.
What You’ll Do
Identify Opportunities: Research and reach out to high-potential prospects across
industries where GenAI can drive real value
Outreach & Engagement: Run targeted campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and email
sequences to get conversations started
Qualify Leads: Listen to pain points, qualify leads based on need, budget, and timing,
and tee up technical conversations
Pitch the Vision: Share how Ccube helps teams move fast with GenAI and full-stack
product execution
Coordinate Internally: Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to customize pitch
decks, proposals, and solutions
CRM & Pipeline: Own and manage your pipeline in tools like HubSpot or Salesforce,
with clear reporting
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting roles targeting
US-based companies
Interest in emerging technologies—especially AI and data
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative approach
Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Familiar with CRM tools and modern sales processes
Bonus Points For
Exposure to GenAI concepts (e.g., ChatGPT, LLMs, AI agents, or vector search)
Experience in AI/ML consulting, SaaS, or data-driven solution selling
Background in a fast-paced startup or services environment
