sales outreach, and help execute integrated marketing campaigns. This role offers hands-on
exposure to both sales and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sales Execution & Lead Generation
• Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to generate qualified leads
• Utilize tools like Apollo and Salesforce to identify prospects, manage outreach, and track engagement
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and pipeline data
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities
• Understand client pain points and position technical solutions effectively
🔹 Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
• Assist in planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns for product launches, webinars, and outreach initiatives
• Work with design and content teams to develop engaging marketing collateral (emails, landing pages, social posts)
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements
• Support SEO, SEM, and social media strategies to boost visibility and engagement
🔹 Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with product and tech teams to understand offerings and translate them into compelling messaging
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align sales goals with marketing efforts
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate new outreach strategies and campaign themes
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience: 1+ years in IT sales, preferably with exposure to B2B lead generation and cold-outreach
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Comfortable with client-facing interactions
- Strategic thinker with a tech-savvy approach
- Tools:
- Familiarity with Apollo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or other CRM platforms
- Experience with email marketing and LinkedIn prospecting
- Bonus: Knowledge of Canva, Google Ads, or other design/digital marketing tools
