Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Lead to architect, build, and optimize scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the MERN stack, modern frontend frameworks, backend services, cloud technologies, and integrations with platforms like Shopify and marketplace APIs. Experience with Blockchain or digital wallets is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

• Implement and manage microservices, modular, and monolithic architectures based on project needs.

• Build high-performance frontends using Next.js, React, Redux Toolkit (RTK), and modern UI frameworks (Material UI, Ant Design, Chakra UI).

• Create and optimize databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) with a focus on scalability and performance.

• Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, SSO, and RBAC.

• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS/Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerized infrastructure.

• Integrate real-time features using WebSockets, Firebase, or FCM.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using GitHub, Jira, and agile processes.

• Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code that follows industry best practices and testing standards.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of professional experience in Full Stack/MERN development.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Expertise in backend frameworks: Node.js, Express.js, NestJS.

• Advanced frontend experience with React.js, Next.js, and Redux Toolkit (RTK).

• Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, CI/CD automation, and Docker.

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Mocha.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in agile development environments.
