12-15+ Years of Experience

***W2/Full Time Highly Preferred**
 
Capability of supporting and delivering full system development life cycle
Collaborate with business units to better understand processes
Experience in developing plans of action based on business needs
Mandatory to have Trading experience
Investment/banking experience
BA with some technical background
