Role: Senior Marketing Manager
Location: Indore, MP
Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead overall marketing strategy with a strong focus on digital presence, brand positioning, demand generation, PR, events, and internal/external communication. This role requires a self-starter who can take ownership, work closely with the CEO Office, and build marketing foundation from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing Leadership
· Build and execute a quarterly and annual marketing roadmap aligned with business goals.
· Lead the brand-building strategy for India & US markets.
· Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, HR, and Operations.
· Set up marketing processes, SOPs, and performance metrics from scratch.
2. Digital & Performance Marketing
· Oversee SEO, performance ads, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
· Drive consistent improvements in reach, engagement, CTR, followers, and qualified inbound leads.
· Manage digital analytics and present insights monthly to leadership/CEO office.
3. Brand Positioning & Communication
· Establish a consistent brand voice across all platforms—LinkedIn, website, case studies, product pages, and presentations.
· Manage PR, awards, external speaking opportunities, and media visibility.
· Strengthen employer branding in collaboration with HR.
4. Content Strategy & Production
· Build and lead the content calendar—industry insights, thought-leadership posts, product updates, case studies, success stories, and videos.
· Ensure high-quality creatives and messaging across all touchpoints.
· Work with designers, agencies, and internal teams for content execution.
5. Lead Generation & Campaigns
· Launch and manage integrated campaigns for services, solutions, and product verticals.
· Improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead through data-driven optimization.
· Align closely with the sales team for pipeline conversion and nurturing.
6. Event, Community & Client Marketing
· Plan and execute webinars, client engagement events, internal events, and industry participation.
· Manage photography, videography, post-event PR & social media coverage.
· Support tech events or showcases that position as an innovation-driven company.
7. Analytics, Reporting & ROI
· Track weekly and monthly KPIs: engagement rate, reach, follower growth, website traffic, CPL, MQLs, and campaign outcomes.
· Create actionable dashboards for leadership.
· Ensure marketing spend delivers measurable ROI.
Qualifications & Experience
· 10 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in IT/Tech, SaaS, or digital agencies.
· Strong understanding of B2B and service-based marketing.
· Proven ability to scale digital channels and manage end-to-end campaigns.
· Experience handling agencies, design teams, and PR.
· Strong communication, creative thinking, and leadership skills.
